The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), together with the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ), the International Labour Organisation (ILO), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Bank, jointly hosted a conference in Manila, the Philippines; the Asian Development Bank (ADB) also provided support to the conference.
